It seems there are many unfortunate people who just need to become solvent again as well as bank repossessions. Thus not only are there reasonably good conditioned cars that can be acquired for under 1000 dollars, but SUVs and pickup trucks as well. Of course there are prices that exceed the 1000 dollar mark, but that can also be changed with a little negotiation. Just remember to be fair as you never know when you might be in difficult straits.
